I sometimes miss the old Twitter. Although it was a time-suck, it was quick and easy to share and have conversations. The good of Twitter was great, but the bad made it not worth it.
Despite missing Twitter, I enjoy writing this newsletter even more. Sharing what my team and I do, as well as things I've learned over the years is very rewarding. Recently, I received an email from a follower, thanking me for developing and producing a fabulous newsletter. They appreciated the technical topics and people-focused ideas, stating that I'm doing the industry an incredible service.
This message was touching because it summed up why I started writing this newsletter. To share information that can benefit colleagues.
Today, I'm introducing a new way of sharing via WhatsApp. It's like Twitter, but it's limited to emoji reactions. I'll use it to expand on Substack posts and share photos from the course or things I find interesting.

Two weeks ago, I joined Micah Woods for an episode of his “Office Hours” podcast. This was the third consecutive year we’ve gotten together to discuss our OM246 results. We mostly stuck with OM246-related topics, but meandered through a few others as well.
You can enjoy the episode as a podcast:
