Hey Chris good article but do you have any specific examples of how you create that specific work culture at Hazeltine? We try many different ways to inspire our team and bring them along the journey but it doesn't seem to be working as there are too many things going on in the world at the moment, maybe they feel underpaid, not appreciated or they're just depressed it's really difficult! Help please!?

Jack,

You ask a great question and I'm planning to write a follow up, with some specific examples. In short, what we have found to be most impactful on our team to create a connection between team members and the results.

Nothing to me is more powerful than listening to their feedback. Let's take bunker rakers for example-they're out there doing it every day, they know more about the process than myself, or any of the assistants. If someone comes with an idea, or a potential improvement, listening and working with their idea to try and implement lasting improvement can be very impactful on their place in the team.

It's not always that easy with everyone, but the approach has been successful for us.
