Good to hear. We primarily use Urea because of how cost effective it is. Some applications I'm only adding 5lbs of Urea to my spray tank which costs basically nothing. Thinking of upping our use of AmS next season to help lower our pH in the same way you're describing.
What's the thought on using only AmS as your only nitrogen source vs something like Urea?
More acidification. I do use urea, but only when there is burn potential. At the rates I'm now applying ammonium sulfate, there's no burn potential.
I can't claim to have come up with this knowledge. People much smarter than I have passed it along.
